Winemaking Process:
The Pinot Noir grapes were hand-sorted and whole-bunch pressed to preserve their delicate character. The juice underwent a 36-hour cold settling process before fermentation with premium Champagne yeasts, capturing the varietal’s fresh and vibrant essence.

After fermentation, the wine was lightly fined and filtered to ensure clarity and purity. Secondary fermentation took place in the bottle, creating fine bubbles and enhancing complexity. The wine then aged 12 months on its lees, adding depth and a creamy texture to its crisp profile.

Tasting Notes:
This Brut Rosé dazzles with rich salmon pink hues flecked with gold, and its fine, persistent bubbles enhance its sophisticated appearance. The nose reveals aromas of fresh raspberries, loganberries, and heritage rose buds, with delicate floral undertones.

On the palate, expect a crisp, dry entry with notes of red berry fruit, pomegranate, Turkish delight, and fresh strawberries. The clean, dry finish leaves a lingering sense of spring freshness, making it both refined and refreshing.
