Winemaking Process:
Carefully harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes underwent a meticulous 72-hour cold soak to extract vibrant colour and rich flavours. Following fermentation and 22 months of maturation in French (74%) and American (26%) oak barrels, the result is a wine with both structure and finesse.

Tasting Notes:
Medium intense in colour with a bright red edge, the Shiraz 2020 opens with enticing aromas of spices, milled white pepper, and earthy Karoo scrub. The palate reveals layers of bright red berry fruit, seductive vanilla tones, leather, and a savoury undertone, all supported by a robust tannin structure.
